For decades, the Hong Kong Red Cross (HKRC) has been a pillar of hope and humanitarian action — dedicated to protecting life, caring for the vulnerable, and upholding human dignity. As a founding member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, their expertise covers four vital areas of service:

Emergency & Disaster Preparedness

Providing rapid response to local crises like fires and floods.

Offering essential first aid training and health services.

Special Education & Rehabilitation

Operating specialized services for those with unique physical or educational needs.
